how google count this links?

    If someone link to my site this way:

    <a href="http://www.example.com">example</a>

    that will google count!


    But, if someone links to my site this way:

    a href="http://www.his-site.com/link,php?id=1">example</a>

    how google will count it?

    Google counts links with ? in the url. Other search engines do things a little differently.

    I think the Google Spider will follow the page till it loads, then sends back the destination URL.
