How google consider Index Pages

    If we get link on a site which has 100 index pages in google. Will google consider it as 1 link or 100 links.

    If the link is sitewide you will get 100 backlinks. But keep this in mind:
    100 backlinks all from different domains are much better than 100 links from the same domain.

    Back links is better if they come from Different Domain and the domain should be hosted on dedicated IP.
