Today i had a silly fight with my colleague.. My friend told that "Google bot crawl a web page only through the links present in webpage or through the number of page views ( by text ads )" but i argued that "Google bot can crawl the webpage even though we don't submit a site map in GWM or not having any links in the page i.e google bot can crawl the page without any external force, it would automatically visit the page and crawl it" What's the exact answer? Please inform if any other factors available?
It is rather complex and depends on the individual case. Google indexes this to what it can get, google bots don't come up with the idea of links and need somewhere to hit on page. Bots crawl the site only if they will be able to hit on it from submited site map or with the internal or external links.
Hello as per my side your website will be get crawl by Google robot's when you have good, quality back linking to your site...Guest Post, Blogging, Link Building are the best way to get your website on crawling position.
Bots crawl the site also looking at content and keywords. It's a good idea to update your content regularly and think of words and phrases other people might type in to find your site on a search engine.
Bots can crawl any website live on the internet. Back links, good content, etc. just helps in rapid crawling of the website.
If you don't have any backlink or you don't do any seo for the site, most likely Google Bot will not visit your site. Submitting your sitemap to Google webmaster tools and pinging are the fastest way to get your site crawled and indexed by Google bots.
