    I wouldn't worry, just ignore it. Proving you are not breaching the terms of your ISP or google terms you'll be fine. Usually this is limited to cloaking pages and indecent content.

    Your blog is PR3, Alexa 77,000 which is just incredible for a blogpost blog, and i dont see any reason why google will ban you. May be that guy is just feeling jealous and the only reason for ban i see , is that he can click bomb your blog, and if that is the case always monitor your blogs visitors and if you find something suspicious with the CTR, just inform google adsense about it, and you'll be safe.
