How Google Adsense allowed to Put Video Or Music Player in One Page without content?

    I have seen so many popular video or music site where they nicely put Google advertisement WITHOUT ANY CONTENT EXCEPT 1 TITLE FOR that vdo or music.
    and It I THINK it is against google's Terms and conditions.
    Because I want to make a video site.So can I put Adsense ad on that?

    I don't know about google but If you are tried to use youtube videos then its completely against YouTube policies. You cant use ads on blog with only youtube videos embedded.
