    I think that headlinesnow sounds better because it conveys the message of delivering fresh news to the reader...not just from the last 24 hour period but fresh content...That's just my opinion...

    Use headlinesnow.com coz its more easy memorable.
    While the 24x7 is better if you can update content 24 hour a day.

    headlinesnow.com is better.
    First, it emphasizes the "NOW" word which is showing that it's an always-up-to-date news blog.
    Second, it's easier to be pronounced. If you want to tell someone your blog address orally, headlines24x7 will bring potential miss leading. Third, it's more memorable.

    and may i say one extra thing?

    beleive me a domain will not attract more people, when people likes your site they'll come no matter what's your domain :)
