    By the same way that you make others, get quality content, get quality backlinks, and do fairly good online and offline optimization. Or hire an Expert [like me] on monthly basis :)

    Its difficult to say i would go with blogspot but lots of people prefer wordpress because they rank well in SERP's and have a great user interface.

    I have heard good things about wordpress with the SEO friendly plugins.

    Best option is to try em both out and see which is easiest for you to use in terms of adding content and features that suit your needs.

    wordpress has nice features and plugins so you if you go for wordpress. It would be more seo friendly.

    You should go with the wordpress. It's more flexible with Search engines. Although Blogspot is also nice :)
