Hi all! I just established a campaign for a keyword I'm targeting. It has 2,450,000 results in Google search. What I want to know is, is it normal to get a #5 result after 24-48 hours of one of my SEO techniques?
If the page and web content has recently been submitted, there might be a chance that google will place importance on it and give it good initial ranking. What SEO techniques are you referring to anyway?
That's what I was thinking too! But it's already been 48 hours, and I've seen keywords light up all across the board. The biggest one gets around 60,000 searches a month; I'm already seeing a huge amount of traffic. In my past experience the "new site" effect only lasts a few hours to a day- correct? My rankings have withheld their stances so far. As far as my SEO techniques go, it's a spin on the classic "build backlinks" idea. I don't think I'll be releasing it to the general public if the rankings do stay up after a few days. I'd rather keep it to myself.
