    I have one friend has PR4 Free blog site.. but got around 1000 visitor a month only..what do you think? :) heheh i think PR is just a PR... The most important things is the visitor you get monthly..

    The PR 1 is good for any keyword optimizeds which have under 10,000 pages of competition.

    PR is important, to a certain degree. Why? Because n00bs will pay a lot for a high PR link, thinking it'll get them number 1 in Google. Yes, it's true - confirmed by Google's own, Matt Cutts - PageRank DOES have an effect on a sites ranking.

    It really is depends on what are you asking. As many has suggested, what we see is just the PR toolbar, google unfortunately can "penalized" any sites while SERPs remain the same. Funny 'eh?

    Google's pagerank formula is designed to allocate authority or weight to websites. The higher your pagerank, the more authorative your website is seen as being by google's search engine. A PR1 is better than PR0, but you got lots of work to get your site to get allocated more authority.

    Once you get a backlink from a PR4 site, it will then increase from PR0 to 1.
