How good is " Adrenaline Challenge " as a keyword ?

    Hi
    I am getting a lot of visitors for this keyword .
    According to Overture , it has 4200 searches monthly.
    I have read that Google searches are 10 times that , i.e. 42000 .

    Now , I am ranked 33rd out of 1,230,000 for that keyword.
    So should I go in for it & try to get at the top ?

    Or should I try for an even better keyword like Free Online Games & forget about this one ?

    as you've said,, your getting traffic to this keyword so why not target this keyword first after you switch to a high competitive keywords... :)
