First I would like you to think about your site slogan. Now it says "Get Small Business Credit Card Today". This indicates (for me) that I can get credit cards via your service - and the next thing I'd like to know is "ABOUT" so I can check out your company information and see if you are offering credit cards legally... but as that information is not found I'm getting mixed messages. Perhaps you should change that tagline to say that you provide information on where to get cards. I would also add that "about" page somewhere - and explaing what your site is all about. Regarding traffic I suppose you could pay blog posts, or links, submit your articles to different services, use blog carnivals... for starters.

One of my sites hit PR5 for 5 months - content was updated weekly but after leaving the site dormant about 3 months the lacking activity plunged my site down to PR3. To get ranked get related links - as many as you can. To get ranked higher add new content. Be patient it can take a few months.
Looking far better, you kept my interest for longer when I cllicked on the page. Rule 1 is always make people hang around by giving good information, you are in a world of billions of websites, they always have somewhere else they can go. Keep learning and asking questions, its how I built my own knowledge up. Some of my early sites make me cringe to think back on what I thought was the way to go.
The site is looking good. You might consider different kind of ad placements, and then simply start reading these forums (and threads... like here) and educating yourself on ways to get traffic. Set yourself a goal (for example, how many uniques per month) and start working on it every day.

Add your site to directories , bookmark sites , place a link in your forum signature , ask people to place a link on their sites, make the website a little bit better for people to surf on it and you should be fine !
The first thing I would try to get more traffic is to build a couple of Squidoo lenses linking to your main site. At the moment Squidoo lenses are ranking high in Google, and if you can find some "sub-niches" of your main subject, you could easily get these lenses on Google's first page. Start a campaign of article marketing. Boring, but proven. Try to write articles based on keyword phrases that are actually searched for, and submit them to the high ranking directories Ezinearticles, GoArticles and Article City. Join business related forums which allow signatures and post in there with your URL in the signature. As it is a blog, make sure you 'ping' at a place like Pingoat every time you post, and take advantage of the social bookmarking sites.
