You need better categories so the search index will pick them up. I browsed Kentucky and to be honest, I don't know what I was looking at. Mary Arthur offers education services...... I tried to find her in google, but education services was not specific enough. I am looking for a tutor, so that is why I clicked on her name. I would recommend being very specific in describing what those businesses actually do. At a glance it looks like a mock directory.
