I need daily traffic from United Kingdom for my new web site http://www.ukfinancialsltd.co.uk, so how can I get traffic? Which techniques I want to use? Please reply as soon as possible...
Thats a very general question to be asking. Well, a general answer to that would be do SEO optimization, build links, socially bookmark your site. OR You could get traffic by spending on PPC advertising or placing banners on other high traffic sites.
Do proper on page of page work as we did our all websites but here you should try to get maximum links from co.uk related site I mean your local sites it can help you more to get ranking on google.co.uk
Start by working through all existing back links using Yahoo Site Explorer and make sure the anchor text contains your keywords in each link, then hit all the major directories and get your free links, after this go for the niche directories specific to your industry, after this write articles and submit them to article sites, write PR and send that out, hit all the social networks and setup and maintain profiles and add content, make relationships on these, create mini websites on different domains on different hosts and write valuable, impartial content on these, building their profile and linking back to the main domain, setup blogs on each of the free blog hosts and write valuable content on these (make sure that across the board you dont duplicate content on any of the sites) ... 1 or 2 days a week for the rest of your life should do it!
Actually I don't know how generate traffic from one, particular country...You have to follow classic approaches and try PPC campaign with the British affiliates!
Are you promotion your website in the UK currently? I see you have an affiliate program whereby you users need to contact you via email. If your product is good enough to sell then it is good enough for you to join affiliate companies such as affiliatefuture.co.uk, run google adwords campaign and reap the benefits. There is one thing that is a real turn off on your site - that is the scrolling words at the top and the flashing header! These things could make users leave your site as they come across not being very professional for a financial company.
Try to focus more on geting backlinks to other sites with .co.uk domain. And use your targeted keywords as your anchor text. That will help your site be listed in higher ranking in (.co.uk) serp.
It depends upon your strategy. If you are happy to pay for short term success then sponsoring keywords via Google Adwords is help. you can set a monthly budget and adjust it accordingly. Sponr words that are closely associated with your site. You also need to build a long term presence and this is acheived through link building by posting on bloggers with similar topics to your own (i.e personal finance blogs) and by posting articles that you have written on article directories like http://www.ezinearticles.com. I've written a basic guide for beginners who are new to creating backlinks it has a blogging focus but the strategies are equally useful for website owners the article is entitled Earn Money Online Blogging
Consider submitting your site in UK specific directories and optimize keywords which are often searched in local search in google.co.uk
Along with all guru SEO tips mentioned above, why don't you join Financial Affiliate Networks? In Uk there are many. e-financials, leadpile and many other working there. Although many are leads "Pay per lead" based few are now following "pay per sale" method as well.
Definitely PPC (adwords), to at least find out if your page converts before doing all the SEO work which will takes a very long time.
I agree, spend some cash on adwords but do your keyword research or you will pay $5 a click or more for competetive keywords.
