How Get AdWords Account Approved Faster ?

I've been accepted at neverblue and started the serious way of ppc marketing (you can read about it here->) . Created a mcc account and ran a user account. All the ads and all sorts of ad groups, ads , and all that stuff were created and approved. None of the indicators changed for couple of days. I found out that accounts get reviewed and cannot be use when under moderation. Contacted adwords and they told me same thing with the moderation...
Now the question ... : How can I influence on getting a faster approval ?

Question 2: When I create second adwords account via mcc , does it also need approval form adwords and gets under review ?

(till now I only used yahoo solutions as search advertisement and it didn't require a review)

 

Unfortunately there is no other options but to wait it out

 

well ok, but for how long do you usually wait ?

 

Sometime even a week.... I have seen that as soon as you drop a mail to adwords support, the ads start showing..

 

I waited 3-4 days ... contacted them ... and it's been almost 4 days since then ... may be it's cause I'm totally non-US ?

 

Yes it can take up to a week to get approved.

 

It took like... a day for me (US)

 

would be cool for me too move right now ... too bad
