    Simple...you need a site with unique and compelling content, not some turgid, spun, badly written crappy autoblog.

    There are no short ways to obtain quick approval. They will approve your website when they get to your application.
    There is a large number of applications and Google can`t instantly approve your website.

    Just Content Content and Content.. Nothing else You have post on your website or blog with minimum 500-800 words contents regularly or at lease 3-4 article per week. Content will be user friendly and original then you will get adsense approval.

    I got my first blog approved in 24hrs and I had only 2 articles in it, and even those two articles were not quality ones.
    @OP: When did you submit your application?
