how gain money from this blog

    and as i know wordpress prevent advertising in subdomain

    Then I guess you need to buy your own domain so that you can put adsense in your site.

    Also, I only see youtube videos in your site, If you ever want to add adsense in such sites, I suggest you put some unique content with each video.

    You should have had your own domain, hosting, and wordpress software. If you can't have the first two for any reason then there's no point in being hosted on wordpress.com, you might as well shift your blog to blogger.

    Of course you'll lose your page rank and some of your traffic, but at least you can have adsense to earn some money.

    Put adsense and generate more traffic. Let the monthly income for the site build up, then after a while sell the site.

    Just adsense i think ...but add content to your blog constantly you need your blog to be relevant and updated.
