    Google sends its check roughly a month after the end of the first month. Look in the adsense help for details.

    google sends cheque from 22 to 28 of everymonth and the cheque will reach you within 10 to 15 days

    You also need to have in mind that checks are not instantly cached in the bank, so you need to wait a few more days or weeks before you get the money.
