Hi, I need something to buy online ( today only) and the buyer only accept moneybooker payments, while i have 0 balance and no cc verified. How long will it take to verify Moneybooker via cc (Payoneer) other payment modes do not support his country.
Credit Card Verification is instant, but not sure Payoneer will work coz its a debit card not credit card.
