How fast link building does Google allow?

    Hi,
Now we do active link exchange but we worry if it can lower our PR instead of improving it.

Do you know how many internal links does Google allow in a short period of time?
Now we make 300 links a month.

people have been using coop weight successfully with google which gives you thousands of links in a week. i dont think google minds too many links at a fast pace. It could just be a myth.

i havnt seen any proof of anyone getting banned for the sole reason of their website getting too many backlinks in a short period of time.

My experience has Been that if you build a ton of links (such as adding co-op) before the site has been indexed by Google, they will not index it at all. I have a couple sites where I tried that little maneuver, and a couple months later, G still crawls them regularly but they never show up in a “site:” search.

If your back links are from spamming others' web sites like irrelevant/stupid comments on the blogs then... Watch out! Don't use such programs and tactics.

Aim at a few high pr blog and make some useful comments. It should help but dont go overboard.
