I use Speedtest.net: I pay for 4mbps.. this is about what I normally get on a speedtest tho actual download speeds are always much lower. I searched for "connection speed", didn't see a similar post. If it's a dupe thread, sorry!
Ah not another one of these threads.... This is like the 100th thread. Anyway my connection is a 1 mbs connection.. download speed is about 100 kb/s.
Hehe, i have around 800kb/s down and 100kb/s up (8/0.5-1) I pay like... 20-30bucks for that. (quite expensive in sweden)
I only have about 1mb at the moment, because i live in a small village so the lines dont support a very good connection.
You'd be surprised - there are some people who have T1 that get 30,000+ kbps. Anyway, mine is around the 2k mark.
Its sad but rite now here is india, even after so advancement, there are some isp providers whose server will get down as soon as rain come..lollzzz... wait for one hours to get a page open. m sorry.. but even after so much advancement why people dont think to improve the quality - if they can improve the speed. keep smiling.
My one is quite quick. Not as quick as NASA but definitely quicker than a snail. Half way between the speed of sound and the speed of a falling apple.
