I asked ClickBank a question 7 working days ago. From what I understand, it should take no more than 2 business day for them to answer. Does anyone here had similar experiences with ClickBank's customer support? Is there any way to contact them by phone or chat?
For me, sometimes they answer as early as a few hours. The latest I've had them answer is only a day.
What should I do? Send them again the same questions? Do you receive an confirmation eMail after you ask a question?

Sometimes they take a while, Usually 2-3 business days, I've had some questions answered the same day (rarely), Also a couple of times it happened that my support tickets weren't answered at all, so I resent the support tickets. I love Clickbank, but I think they really need to improve their support
I sent them 4 email , 2 via contact form on CB site , 2 via email , but Still haven't got any respond for 5 days
Historically it worked best for me to just give them a phone call. I resolved 100% of my issues like that. Don't have the phone number handy tough - it should be somewhere on the internet. You can use the same number regular buyers would call to get a refund the the like.
What's wrong with CB ? Everytime I try to contact them via phone , I got the same message : "Thank you for calling Clickbank .....Our customer support department is temporarily closed"
Dude, Clickbank's support is awesome. Yesterday, I sent an email to Clickbank because I had this question to ask and I received a reply from them in less than 5 minutes. They have some business timings so make sure you send them an email on the right time and then you'll get your response within few minutes.
I've only had to contact there support once and they replied within a few hours. What exactly is your question about?
You dont have to send some confirmation email, its their job to answer your question, but sometimes when you ask them about your check or any payment problem, there could be some delay.
