How fast can you download THIS

I have a T2 business connection....

Why? Wasn't the Germany one faster in most tests?
Or is it cheaper?

Germany - 6.91MBPS
Netherlands - 11.2MBPS

(Tested from a server in Netherlands.)

 

Make sure the tests were done off peak and on peak to get a fair comparisson. Germany has pretty good infrastructure but can be slower during peak. Thats my experience anyway.
