Excluding the actual time it takes for a bid response. Should one write up the content in like a week, set the site up with design and stuff, and throw it up immediately? Or fully develop backlinks and SEO?
A website would need to be fully developed to sell. Unless it is turn key but it would have to be great design and some good content still
Depends on how fast you work etc. Of course getting a nice rank on a search engine takes some time and steady work you could get the content and design up within less than a week if you worked daily. If you where looking at a niche site that had 100's of articles though you would have a problem. A site up within a week is just a niche site with around 5-10 hand written articles.
