This is the guideline i use: If i would not be proud to show it to my mother/grandmother, or if i would not want my 7-year old daughter to see it, then it is not Adsense appropriate..
Good rule to go by. Just stay away from inappropriate material all together and you should be fine with Adsense. If you want to have this type of material then consider using some other affiliates or ways to make money besides Adsense.
