How exactly does Clickbank work, please?

Hi, I found one product that was of interest to me for my site

I created an image from the landing page and then added the image to the site with my clickbank username attached in the code

Now I know that the page it is on gets traffic etc however how is one meant to track clicks or sales, please?

I obvioulsy have no idea

Once the visitor clicks on your unique hop click a cookie will be placed on his computer, when he buys something, you will get credited.

Sales are tracked at click bank. You log in and check stats. It shows any sales. Clicks you would have to set up way to track them. Not sure if click bank has way to track them for you orn not.
