In my freelancing site, I want to give escrow feature.. What is the best process to do that ? Are there any liabilities that I have to abide by for my clients ?
not really, just have to deliver your product to the user in order for escrow to pay you the money. the user will be able to confirm they have recieved the product , once they do that, escrow cuts you a check.
usually i feel suspiscous about escrow services, specially for ebay most of them are scams escrows to get your money
