    Maybe try to outsource some search engine optimization (seo) like backlinks so that you rise higher in the search engines. If you rank highly for some of your keywords, such as thermal products, you will definitely get more sales!

    As u are saying there are many products you have to identify the potential market for the products which is yet to be done in your case. so please promote your products so that people are atleast aware of what you are selling.
