how Effective traffic from free site Directories

    is submitting our site to free directories is good idea to get more traffic,

    can you explain to me how effective traffic from free site directories?.

    You generally dont get traffic "directly" from directories, they increase your backlinks (if your doing it right) in the search engines, so as a result your serps improve and you get natural search engine traffic.

    Quite often the more usable, and if you're running adsense (safer) traffic.

    As you get no traffic from the vast majority of directories, the "traffic" is not effective.

    You can get a few targeted traffic from web directories but it's no matter free or paid.

    It is not really effective in my part.
    The traffic is very slow...and few..

    Try some other way.
