How effective is submitting to digg, bookmark sites using article directory link url. for example i got an article on ezine and i use than url to submit to digg and bookmark site.
It really depends on the title and the description you put in it. Get A keyword from the article and use it throughout the description and title.

Backlinks from social bookmarking sites are not very effective for SEO. Don't expect to rank high for any competitive keyword by doing just that. I would suggest you to focus on in-content backlinks from related sites. They do wonders

Submitting your link to digg will get your site indexed fast. If the content is really god it will bring a lot of visitors. But dont expect adsense revenue from digg visitors. Also it is said that if your site hits the frontpage of digg google will favour your site in future.

sorry but i dont think digg will accept ezinearticles url...... but bookmarking on digg and other sites are very effective...
