you are absolutly right because why google will scan your profile. If you will create topic or forum comments it will be a good result for your site but not just profiles etc.

As you can see some people love it and others don't think it's very useful. This could be because of several different reasons. It could be because the niche their in wouldn't be considered relevant for a site like Digital Point. Then again; it could be because of the anchor text their making viewable. It could also be because several other people are marketing the same thing. It's not to say anyone is right or wrong, but it's not as simple as "it works" or "it doesn't work." They have been effective for me in the last 3 days that I added a few. I am seeing a bit of traffic. I don't think they help to much with the ranking but I use plenty of other backlinks to handle that. Hence my backlinking service in my sig.
It gets you the links quickly, but they are quite quick at disappearing too. So you have to keep posting on a daily basis to get any results.
