Considering the massively penalty article directories have received this past year, how effective are these for building backlinks? It seems like you'd have to have thousands of these for it to have any impact at all. How effective have article directories and web2.0s been for your backlinking campaigns?
It seems Web 2.0 still works especially sites like Blogger.com, Squidoo and Wordpress. if you can create successful pages there, they can be a source of links to your money site. If articles are above PR3 then they are still worthwhile but not sure how many links you would need.
