How easy or hard is it to make a fake webpage?

    I would love to make a fake webpage, but have a real url to link.
    Is it as easy as some people tell me it is?

    I have a friend who wants to make a page blasting the truth about her husbands mistress. But I don't think she really wants to publish to the web. I think she just wants to send it him directly...I told her I didnt know how, but I would try to find out for her. Shes not too savvy with this, as neither am I.
