How easy is it to sign up with yahoo/bing publisher network??

    Has anyone applied for a yahoo/bing publisher account recently? How easy is it sign up and get approved on the yahoo/bing publisher network ??

    Not easy at all. I have tried and failed with a PR2 and Alexa Rank 215000.

    not easy getting adsense account is much easier in compare to yahoo, they are not open for all and mostly accept only US webmaster

    I got approved . They contacted me and said want to buy an inventory on my site. They are in beta and not open for all.
