    i think you mean you course your paypal payments via xoom? because if this is so, the problem may lie on your or your client's paypal account. xoom can just act as a conduit of sorts

    Regarding cancelled order XOOM only cancell transaction if they found it suspicious.

    yea . xoom concelled order with no reason . about https://www.xoom.com/static/help.html . u know I called them and talk with Ray mineza the big boss or xoom Verification team and say to me something to make my account xoom good and I do it and nothing happend good with me still 3/9 completed .
