Okay, so signing up at places like Alertpay and stuff got me sooo frustrated cause I had to wait a long time for a paper to arive in the mail to confirm my address and stuff. Is there any stupid stuff like this that you have to do with Xoom before you can start using it? I tried to link a Bank Account & Credit Card and it told me that I don't have anything link but can provide my details with my first transaction... how does this work? Will I need to give this info everytime I send money? How do you receive money through xoom? Does someone just send it to your email address like they do with paypal? or is it done another way? Is there any signup fees?
