I have an idea for a site that is similar to Woot, but would sell equipment etc.. that is specific to one industry. How do they make any money? Do they buy a lot of stuff and sale it for what they can make a profit with etc... Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I have finally decided to get my feet wet with this idea!
Yes they buy in bulk. Other than that,they also cooperate with the product company to promote newly launch product at woot site.
