How does 'Total Balance' and 'Pending Balance' work ?

    I started ypn in Nov, ever since my 'total balance' and 'pending balance' amounts are always the same, and my 'available balance' has always been 0.

    Since Jan I have gotten a monthly check, but my checks are always a LOT smaller then the 'total balance' and 'pending balance'. Why do we not get all of the money ? I mean my 'pending balance' and 'total balance' amount is always huge and they send me a much smaller check each month.

    When will we get all the money ? that it shows in the 'pending balance' and 'total balance' ? (which is a LOT), compared to what I get in my checks anyway

    You will never get all the money in the pending balance since Yahoo holds the money for 30 days.

    Just hover over the ? right next to those on the YPN page and they explain them in detail.

    It is on hold forever really, I mean my sum gets a LOT more each month, so it's not being released after 30 days.........

    It is on hold forever really, I mean the amounts in my: 'total balance' and 'pending balance' is growing more every month, a lot. So it's not being released every 30 days or at all, because the amount is larger every month

    You get paid for the previous month. So the checks that are being issed right now are from the period of Feb1-Feb28. The pending and total is the money that you have earned since March 1st.

    Does that help you?

    Are you making more and more each month? That would make since then.

    If you ask me, it doesn't work at all.
    That's why YPN is in beta. It actually should be in gamma or better omega testing.

    I don't expect this program to come out of "beta" before 2007. There are just too many issues.

    Right now, I can't even afford to play their game another month. My monthly check which is currently pending doesn't even cover 1 day of advertising.

    It's pretty damn sad.

    This Program wont be out of beta for a while, but it's doing good, i like how it is, because when more publisher's come in the less $ it will be, so i like it just fine. ;)
