How does this work?

    Why do websites like Pinterest, Stackoverflow and Quora are ranked for a lot of keywords that they did not optimize for? It's impossible to optimize for that amount of keywords, I am talking about millions of keywords.

    Why are they ranked so well?

    long tail keyword and unique content. huge internal linking for unique content and must be with relevant content
