How does this site tell you are penalized

    i read in a forum that someone but this link in to check to see if your site is penalized

    www.seopenalty.com

    first how does it tell you are penalized

    the site gives no explanation for how they consider a site to be penalized

    I wouldn't trust it. There's no way to tell how they calculate penalty. I checked yahoo.com and it said it has "slight pentalty".

    you can check the penalty by entering your URL in Google search................................if it is on the first number then your site has not in the penalty.................

    It is stupid. Don't worry about it. Just a little tool to mess with that you should not pay attention to

    You don't need anyone to tell you that your site has been penalised by the evil 'G' - you just know it when your site does not show up anymore on their SERP. Its worth noting that penalty by the evil 'G' does not carry over to other major search engines.
