how does this site make money?

I'm kind of confused right now. I work at a mortgage company and we are giving a loan to a gentlemen who owns www.mrtconsulting.com and he makes roughly $15,xxx.xx a month of this site ( I know this because I see his employment, salary, bank accounts, etc). Am I missing something here? I don't see how he would be able to make money off this. I see no ads and it doesn't look like he is selling any consulting skills of his own.

 

Well, the fact is that he may not make money only from there. He may have more websites, or other stuff to earn money. Although, he may take customers from this site....Obviously..he can't make money from that one.

 

My thought is simple. I dont think this site can make that money. Coz, there is no unique content in it. It is showing some kind of Sponsored Listings in its entire page. Maybe earning by sponsoring. Sorry if my thought was wrong. But I think this only

 

Well it don't seems to making any kind of money as neither the alexa or website is good nor the website has any page rank. So may be his some other website to his credit from their he might be making money.

To make money by a website you can get ad-sense account on your site.

 

this domain is parked and not hosted, website is not even developed.

Seriously doubt 15k is being made through this site. Alexa rank is huge and no page rank. Must have other sites within his portfolio - although maybe he's in the business of parked domains?

 

As the site suggest he seems to be a consultant which is where the money is made. So it's not the website itself making money but the service offered on the website.

But seriously the site is not developed are you sure he is making that much money from this single site or does he own more sites.

 

They are service provider, they selling business consultant service, this is thier major income

It's not possible, as far as I know networksolutions doesn't pay you for traffic on parked domains, even if they do he can't make that much money out of it.
