    I think the ad is too long, try a smaller width advert which won't stretch over to the left side graphics. This will make them appear less ad-like, in my opinion.

    Also a text ad unit, to the right of your main menu may prove fruitful.

    The design is pretty nice, I would add dropshadows on the sides to make it look nicer / easier transition to the BG.

    Only one suggestion about your alexa widget, instead of using NOT IN 100,000

    I think you can show your exact rank on alexa.

    looks nice. did you consider a google link unit mixed in with all those link blocks. i think it would blend quite well
