How does Search Status add-on of Firefox help identify dofollow ?

Hi All,

I would like to know how "search status" add-on of firefox browser help me identify dofollow blogs? I tried using it but i seem to be getting blue colour highlighting for most of the links in all blogs, which i read somewhere means it is dofollow.I want to know are dofollow blogs so much in number that all my results with search status are showing blue highlighting?

I was also advised that "page source" from view option of the firefox bowser is also an option to check dofollow blogs, but i never seem to be knowing the method to check it that way. I ctrl+find typing dofollow in view page source & i get no result. Is that the way to check?

I have SEO for FireFox - it highlights a nofollow link in red. Saves me a lot of time.

 

SearchStatus shows you nofollow links. You just right click on the options menu and click on "Highlight Nofollow Links" and it will highlight all the nofollow links on the page.

If you're looking at the source code try searching for nofollow, if there is no nofollow then the links should be followed. Links that are followed do not have "dofollow" in the code.... they are just a standard link, without "nofollow". Hope that helps.

 

Hi, Thanks for your suggestion but i seem do not seem to find my way. These are the links ONE, TWO, THREE i checked & all seems to be showing no "nofollow" in it does that mean all these 3 are "dofollow"?

I still do not know how to check.
