I'm confused about RSS. How can it help on an Adsense site? Don't you just want people to visit the site instead of reading the RSS feed? I'm using a Wordpress theme with an RSS feed icon on it, & I'm thinking of removing it.
What your thinking of is called automated rss content. People make AdSense websites that use RSS feeds to insert content into their site, hence a turnkey automated site as a good example. Steer clear of this, it is against Google Adsense Policies.
