I heard that if one's country is not supported by paypal, than we can use Plimus...
Am trying to contact them but their support is quite late....
What do exactly do after receiving your funds of paypal , can they send it to moneybookers ?

Plimus is a 3rd party payment processor which means that it collects money on your behalf for the sale of your digital products such as software. They allow payment generally via credit cards, wire transfers, checks and via Paypal.

You typically will need to set up Products and Contracts which would be the equivalent of the Buy Now button in Paypal where you put the link on your website and when your customer clicks on them, they will be transfers to the order and payment page.

After Plimus collects the money for you, you will be informed about it via email and you can fulfil the end of the contract. On the 15th of the subsequent month, they will remit the funds collected on your behalf minus their fees and send you the balance. They have several options which includes sending you a check, wire transfer, into your paypal account or through the Payoneer.com Debit Card which you can withdraw from your home country ATM machine.

Plimus does not work with Moneybookers and cannot send funds to that.

If paypal is not supported, you can use Plimus API to charge customers. Later, you can redirect the funds from your Plimus account to either Paypal or you can wire then to your bank account.
