How does paypal verify our documents like utility bill, DL etc which we submit????

    Hello guys,

    I am going to create new paypal ac, I just want to know when we submit our documents on paypal inquiry how paypal verify our documents like utility bill, pan card, driving license, passport etc??

    Well the checking is very lenient they particularly look for govt. issued id's.

    Just get verified by providing your bank account details. Its the best method for Indians as most of us don't have Credit Cards. PAN submission is compulsory to withdraw funds not for account verification. Its under RBI guidelines for international funds transfer.

    mate i m asking about how paypal verify our documents submitted into our paypal ac?? how they find out that we submitted valid documents??
    for example if we submit driving license then how paypal find out that our driving license is not fake??
