How does one notify you of more than one real human being using DP from the same IP?

I now have a business static IP and 50mbps connection, and my wife works with me every day. I haven't allowed her to setup a DP account, because I do not want to get banned. Also, in future as my business grows, I may have other workers at my home office working with us, and I've been considering getting a wireless repeater setup and offering a public wifi hotspot. What do I need to do to make this work? I know the rules/faq says to let you know, but I don't know of any way to notify every single admin/moderator of this forum to ensure somebody doesn't come along and ban me... and if I do get banned, I wouldn't be able to contact anyone about it as there is no means of contacting you guys outside of the forum that I'm aware of. Of course too, if I end up setting up as a wifi hotspot, then I'll have no way of knowing if anyone else using the connection uses DP... If they do, and they get banned from logging in here, I doubt if they will be happy with me and my hotspot...

For now, I'm just making sure nobody else uses DP from my Internet, but if there is an answer to this that works for everyone perhaps I can move forward with at least letting my wife setup her own account, and then see how things go from there..

    Thanks!

If your wife joins, notify a moderator. Remember to stay out of each other's threads.

I would suggest using a different IP for a wife hotspot where you have no control over the users. I personally would not want to run the risk of a scammer/spammer operating from same IP as I operate.

Thanks Smyrl. :) So by providing the info to one moderator, it will make sure that no other moderator issues a ban or anything?

Yeah the wifi hotspot comes with lots of issues to consider, so wouldn't be jumping into that by any means...
I'm pretty sure that my wife and I would not be allowed to exchange iTrader.... but would that mean giving each other reputation points would be out too? If it were allowed, since she's my wife I'd feel I should give her an online pat on the back when she posts something good, but I could see how that might be... well whatever you call it, a problem for the smooth running of the forum and it's systems...
Is there anything else that should be considered?
What about both of us posting separately and properly in the same thread? Like I could see how she could easily come across an old thread about a topic she's trying to learn about, where I may have posted in it already.
I'm clearly not interested in doing anything to sacrifice the integrity of the forums or anyone's accounts or perceptions of ours, but want to also make sure, if she does setup and account, that we don't run into any trouble from simple mistakes or ignorance.

    Thanks again!

Trading rep would be inappropriate as well.

Use common sense. If you start a thread, she should stay out of it and vice versa. If you are working together on same site/project divide the labor so part of the job falls to you, the other her. The key is to do nothing to make us believe you are one and the same person.

Letting one mod know would be sufficient. Mod will copy info and posts in notes of both of your files.

Thanks Smyrl, think that eliminates any remaining doubts or uncertainties. I will let her proceed whenever she desires and be sure to notify one of you first directly.

    Cheers.
