How does one get "sublinks" under their SE results?

Here's what I mean. Check out the #1 position at the link (below) and the additional "supplimental" links under the description. How does one do that?

do you mean sitelinks proper as per the links? when i tried the search its just showing the one place dropdowns?

thats just a matter of structuring your site properly.
