I don't know the rules in specific, but what the man above says seems to make the most sense. Basically, act as a moderator should. Be a good member. Help out, actively build the community. Be awesome and responsible, for all intents and purposes.
Well understanding the rules very well is one thing but understanding it and following it is the best thing. It's not entirely impossible to become a mod here in DP, as I've said, stick around, contribute and do your part for the community (and a couple of years as a member would really be a plus+) if you really want to become a moderator.
I was the first, who wanted to be a mod here But yes it's hard to be a mod in dp (that's why I mentioned one section with less work than the others like B/S/T)
