I just bought a high PR domain, and i want to sell links on it. But i am unable to transfer the domain to my web hosting because its not 60 days old, in fact its 4 days old. So is there some way i can add content to the domain making it a site through namecheap?

    Sorry im a novice lol

This is not a namecheap thing, it affects all registrars. You can't transfer a domain for 60 days after registering/transferring it.

You don't need to transfer it to your webhost (in fact NEVER transfer it to ANYONE but YOU). What it sounds like you need to do is update your nameservers.

In the namecheap control panel there should be an option to update or transfer your nameservers.

You can get your nameserver info from your web hosting company. They will look like NS1.SOMESERVER.COM and NS2.SOMESERVER.COM or some variation of that.

After changing them allow up to a couple days for the domain to redirect properly.
