How does my PageRank increase?

Do everything you can to create backlinks.

 

This is the 1s time i saw this schedule which PR seem like totally depend on backlinks. But I don't believe it while content is still the king .
It can't be all depend on only backlink and you can't make sure all the backlinks is quality enough to push on PR.

 

1. You have to submit your web or blog to web directory
2. Make a Page in facebook or twitter.
3. Publish in forum.
4. Use SEO script.
5. Wait 3 Month

My advice, because now rules and penalties are harsher, would be:

1.Create very good content and obtain inbound references from related articles, sites (Wikipedia used to be good, but now too many have abused the system and started banning links, but there's always About.com etc.)
2.Buy blog posts on high quality sites... might cost 300-600 USD or so...
3.Buy links in the biggest, best directories only: BOTW, Yahoo Directory...
4.Use NoFollow linking wisely
5.Include quality NoFollow outbound links to related resources
6.Use Social Media bookmarking scripts (try AddThis.com)
7.Buy a few embedded contextual links on very good sites only, but do this slowly or Google will think you're abusing their ranking system!

submit to search engine directories. search engine directories are a good way to get a free link to your website. they also increase your chances at being listed higher on popular search engines like Google.most search engine directories allow you to submit to their website for free. this will allow you to increase your web presence by being listed on another search engine, and it will also be a free link. the more links you have the higher your PR will be.

 

Only few good directories is still working, all other crap will only lower your site trust, you may get a PR but most likely all your pages and keywords will be lowered for posting on cheap directories. So it is worst advice to give guys.
First of all you need to decide what you need this PR for? If for selling links it may work for cheap buyers but won't make you a good reputation in community. What else is PR needed for I don't know, let me know if such reason exist.
So don't concentrate on it, better make good site but PR. If you will still need to grow PR my advice: find few good sites that sell links, check its inner pages, if site PR5 and you see most of pages have PR4-3 get a link on homepage for 6 month, usually next PR update happening in this range. so get 2-3 links from pr5-4 sites and, next update you can expect pr3-4 on yours. You can focus first on editing the content of your site put the relevant keywords. And then link build it.

Nowadays Page rank is related to 1) number of links you get 2) page rank of the website which links to you.

 

In theory its pretty simple get the links from high pr websites.

 

Google Page Rank is completely dependent on no of quality inbound links to your website...

 

Regular update to your blog is what needed the most.

 

Updated good content + social media + backlinks
will give you good traffic and pr

Do proper on-page and off-page SEO if you want to get high PR. Use competitor keywords for on-page SEO and make strong backlinks of high PR websites. Write unique content on your website.
